Phil Rosebrook Sr. is the managing partner and founder
of Business Mentors. He has been an entrepreneur for nearly
5 decades. He earned his BS Degree from Wisconsin State University
in Oshkosh. After college, he started three companies in Chicago,
including a plumbing and electric company, a swimming pool
maintenance company and a swimming pool construction company. |

Phillip is a graduate of the University of Oregon’s
Lundquist School of Business. He worked his way through college
in the family restoration business. He filled most all roles
in the company including working on the cleaning crew, carpet
cleaning, water damage emergency services, and other various
restoration and construction related services. |

A Veteran of the property damage repair industry for over
30 years. Over this time, Ken has worked with 4 organizations
to develop a multiple branch office system opening 15 offices
with sales in excess of $50,000,000.00. |

Marty has been active in the construction and restoration industry for nearly 30 years. He started in small bathroom and kitchen remodeling and then progressed into larger residential and commercial remodeling. |

Currently a Consultant for Business Mentors, Inc. Dan keeps busy by working with Disaster Restoration and Environmental Remediation Contractors throughout Canada. |

David worked his way through school as a water damage specialist
and as a journeyman carpenter. He worked during the summers
and attended Southern Oregon State College in Ashland, Oregon
where he ran on the track team for a year. He wrote a thesis
paper on installing a production management team for selling
and producing construction projects. |

Bruce has a Bachelors of Science degree in Corporate Health Administration from Western Oregon University. Bruce has owned and managed various full service restoration companies, growing these companies from $1.5 million to $ 10 million in revenue. |

David has been involved in the restoration industry since 1990 as an owner of Quantum Restoration located in Minnesota. David and his partner built Quantum from a carpet cleaning company started in college, into one of the largest and most progressive restoration companies in the Midwest. |
