Bruce has a Bachelors of Science degree in Corporate Health Administration from Western Oregon University. Bruce has owned and managed various full service restoration companies, growing these companies from $1.5 million to $ 10 million in revenue. He has expanded companies from one initial location to owning and operating offices in multiple markets. Bruce has proven experience managing growth, being an effective change agent and creating strong referral networks.
Bruce has a diverse and unique management and marketing background. Early in his career he worked in healthcare administration managing a high volume trauma center, multiple clinics, and holding various leadership positions. He has also grown and sold a plumbing and mechanical company.
Bruce has seen this industry from the other side of the desk as an independent insurance agent and as a State Farm agent helping clients prepare for possible disaster.
Bruce has been married for 27 years to his wife, Jenni. They have one married son, three daughters and one grandson. Bruce enjoys the outdoors, sports and coaching soccer.
